The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 419                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the board, investigations, and examinations of                                                          
    the Alaska Commercial Fishing and Agriculture Bank; and                                                                     
    providing for an effective date."                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
HB 419 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                 
Finance Committee.
